The Health & Wellness Major

The Health and wellness major provides a wide basis of understanding of how integrated medicine functions, what creates good health and how cultural differences impact health care. This major was created to address the current need for societal understanding that health is much more than the absence of disease

The Health and Wellness major emphasizes team participation and leadership skills development as part of the program to prepare healthcare practitioners to effectively work together in a team environment.

Students who wish to start and manage their own small businesses within the health and wellness arena will have access to additional classes in Antioch University Midwest’s management program.
