Direct Lending

Effective July 1, 2010, Antioch University will participate in the William D. Ford Direct Loan Program.  All Federal Stafford, Graduate Plus, and Parent Plus Loans will be processed through the Department of Education, replacing the current Federal Family Education Loan.   Participation in the Direct Loan Program will ensure loan availability for our students as well as provide additional borrower benefits.

ALL STUDENTS, WHO WISH TO OBTAIN STUDENT LOANS FOR THE SUMMER 2010 OR LATER QUARTERS, MUST SIGN A NEW MASTER PROMISSORY NOTE AT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE:

Attention New Students: 

Beginning with Summer 2010 enrollment, you will be required to complete the Entrance Loan Counseling.

If you plan to graduate after July 1, 2010, you will be required to complete the Exit Loan Counseling

Loan Forgiveness Programs: If you have previously participated in the William D. Ford Direct Loan Program and have outstanding Federal Stafford or Graduate Plus Loans through a lender, you may be eligible to consolidate all of your loans under William D Ford.
