McGregor’s Master of Arts (M.A.) in Management program is more than an MBA. In addition to taking courses in business administration, students develop the interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills requisite in today's challenging work environments. Management students build upon their life and work experiences and learn to integrate theory and practice to affect positively their careers, their lives, and their communities.
Full time students complete 48 quarter credits in 18 months (6 quarters) by attending class either monthly or every Saturday. Class attendance is supplemented with participation in an online learning community. Students begin the program in either the spring (monthly format) or fall (Saturday format). A part time option is available and the program will accept graduate transfer credits.
Non-degree seeking students may elect to complete a Certificate in Business Administration through either the monthly or every Saturday format. The 24 credit hour certificate is comprised of courses from the second, third and fourth quarters of the master's program. Please see the course timeline.
