Welcome to Antioch University Midwest’s Application Express!
How does this work?
Antioch follows a selective admission process. All of our applicants are required to complete an application process that includes providing specific documentation of prior learning experiences and detailing current educational goals.
It is important to AUM to ensure that all applicants are qualified. Our Application Express day will seek to shorten, but not ignore, the application process. Any individual successfully completing the application and interview process will be granted a provisional acceptance, and must submit any outstanding material prior to the beginning of the next entry point.
What to bring?
All participants are encouraged to bring with them:
- A Resume.
- Transcripts from other colleges attended – these may be copies or originals. Ideally, if you know you are going to attend, please contact your previous school(s) and have the originals sent ahead of time.
- An Educational Goals Statement (see our website for program specific instructions).
What can be done on-campus?
- An Application Form.
- An Educational Goals Statement – specific to each program. We will have computers available for anyone who needs to write their statement on-site.
- NOTE: We highly recommend completing this prior to arriving on site.
What can wait (but bring it if possible)?
- Two letters of reference, sealed with proper forms (Education programs do NOT require reference letters).
- If you can bring letters, terrific!
If not, then they will have to be provided prior to
the beginning of classes.
- Official transcripts.
