IT services self-help and orientation materials development

Responsibilities

  • Provide general project support for self-help/orientation materials development
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of processes and standards for continuous updates of materials
  • All other projects and duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce effective self-help/orientation materials
  • Good computer and word processing skills
  • Video editing skills helpful
