Ordering Academic Regalia

The regalia (cap/gown/etc.) for the commencement ceremony may be ordered beginning March 1, 2010 from Key Plus Collegiate Products by phone at (866) 450-7587, by fax (download form) or online at www.keyplusinc.com. The cap, gown and tassel are black. The hood contains 3 colors and is needed only by those students graduating with a Master's Degree.

Reflex Blue and Gold (school colors) and color depicting your discipline.   The discipline colors for those graduating with a Master's Degree are as follows: School of Education - Light Blue   School of Liberal Studies - White (this includes Individualized Liberal & Professional Studies and Conflict Analysis and Engagement)   Graduate Management – Drab

DEADLINE: Bachelor and Master package orders must be placed no later than Saturday, May 10, 2010.

*Late add orders are needed by May 17, 2010

*Orders taken after May 17th will incur additional charges for expedited processing and shipping.

Graduation Announcements

Announcements, thank you notes, envelope seals, return address labels, and certificates of appreciation may be ordered from Key Plus Collegiate Products beginning January 11, 2010. Use the Graduation Products Order Form and fax to (440) 748-4021.

DEADLINE: Orders for announcements must be placed no later than Monday, May 17, 2010.

Key Plus on Campus

A representative from Key Plus Collegiate Products will be available on campus to take your orders for regalia, announcements, rings, etc. on the following dates:

Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 11:30am to 1:30pm
Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 11:30am to 1:30pm
