Program Requirements
To Enter and Complete the Program
The Master of Arts degree in Conflict Analysis and Engagement and in Management and Leading Change are 33 semester credits and can be completed in one to two years depending on the number of courses taken each semester.
In addition to meeting the course, practicum and capstone requirements of their selected program, all students are required to take three designated Institute for Leading Change (ILC) skill building workshops, and attend a three day residency each semester.
Graduate certificates are 9 semester credits and although certificate students are not required to attend residency it is highly recommended.
All programs requires significant computer use and students should be proficient accessing the Internet and using common computer programs. Students must own their own computer and webcam to avoid relying on equipment that has public or limited access.
