Students interested in applying to the Professional Certificate in Healthcare Consumer Advocacy/Patient Navigation can download the application here. Applicants must have an earned bachelors degree and some level of significant involvement with the healthcare system, either as a professional or as a patient/advocate/caregiver.

  • Telephone interview with the program Chair

Applicants should be advised that certain placements for the experiential learning component of the certificate program may require proof of immunizations, CPR certification, and/or fingerprinting and background check.
