The Internship I experience is composed of leadership and research activities that allow students to apply theory and practice of subject matter. Internship I also permits students who are potential teacher leaders to function in a leadership position by applying theory and research in the practice of school administration.
The Internship II experience allows students to perform the responsibilities associated with school leadership under the mentoring of a school administrator. The internship allows students to apply theory and practice of leadership issues at hand. It allows students who have the potential to serve as school leaders the opportunity to practice the real life skills needed to function in a leadership capacity.
