Dr. Susanne Fest has been a faculty member in the Individualized Master of Arts Program at Antioch University Midwest since 2003. She obtained her doctorate in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University, in Nashville, Tennessee, and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, California.
Dr. Fest has designed and taught courses in Eco Psychology, Qualitative Research and Cultural Psychology, among others.
She has practiced as a counselor and consultant in a variety of academic, private and non-profit organizations. She has presented her research at national and international conferences. For the last several years, she has become involved in a variety of activities that explore how contemplative practices can deepen our commitment to sustainability.
